Idyllic Getaway in a Charming Setting

The location was perfect. I could easily explore the old town. The room had several flights of stairs, yet the staff was flexible. They moved me on the second day to a room with only a few stairs (which I really appreciated).
The stairs to enter the apartments were quite steep. I had to carry luggage up the stairs.

The receptionist was helpful and kind with all requests. Staff members assisted with luggage, showcasing attention to guest needs. They provided prompt solutions when I had a concern with the room.

Breakfast was at a nearby cafe, a ten-minute walk away, in a local restaurant. It provided a scenic view and a delicious start to the day (especially the pancakes!). It included a variety of local specialties.

The staff greeted me warmly. They gave very good explanations. Breakfast happened at a lovely nearby restaurant in a beautiful square. The choice and quality were both excellent.
The shower screen edging had dark mouldy patches. Water sprayed all over the bathroom floor. I noticed black patches on the shower tile grout. There weren't any kitchen cloths for washing glasses.

The bathroom was not up to standard. I noticed some black patches on the shower tile grout. The shower screen edging also had dark mouldy patches, and water sprayed all over the floor. the walls had marks from luggage. This suggested a lack of maintenance. I also found the towels to be very thin and small.

the staff responded quickly to messages. i also found the apartment spacious and the bathroom had good lighting.
there were no kitchen cloths available. i didn't want to turn on the dishwasher for a few utensils! also, the old town location is quite hilly.
